Julius L. Robins, MA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
For over 15 years, Julius has been a healthcare industry executive and software architect, bridging his passion for helping Medicaid populations with the technological means for increased engagement and support. He created Salesforce’s first and only fully-custom, autonomous Electronic Medical Record (EMR) from scratch with funding from the NYS DOH, delivering the entire solution under-budget and ahead of schedule. Julius will receive his Ph.D. in late 2025 in research psychology, with a focus in underserved community health.
Mike Nuzzo
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Mike is an award-winning senior leader with over 20 years in digital consumer strategy and data intelligence. He has led cross-functional teams in the development of innovative software solutions that leverage data activation initiatives and privacy-first policies. Throughout his career, Mike has personally shaped enterprise-wide data architecture and product development for Fortune 500 companies. He is devoted to using his expertise in aggregate data and software design toward social good and wellbeing.
Sander Koyfman, MD, MBA
Chief Health Officer
Sander is a dual-board certified psychiatrist in adult psychiatry and addiction medicine. He serves as CMO of Athena, a state licensed clinic in NY, BH Medical Director at Elderserve Health Plan (a CareSource Company), Committee Chair at the American Psychiatric Association, and board member of several non-profits, including Vibrant Emotional Health. Sander is focused on ensuring access to compassionate care for underserved Medicaid populations and designing socially conscious software.
